The rooms are just okay, and the service is poor. There's no lift, and the food isn't good either. Drivers bring you here because parking is free, but you may regret checking in. Moon I is even worse, with rooms that are really damp and dim.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived at 12:05, just five minutes after check-in time, because it hadn't been cleaned after the previous guest. We waited an hour, and staff only came to clean after we asked several times. The receptionist was possibly the rudest, most ill-mannered person I've met in hospitality. The other person at reception, perhaps the owner or manager, looked and spoke like a goon. The food was costly and tasted like a five-year-old had made it. The few positives: staff other than the receptionist and manager or owner were polite and helpful. I didn't have my own vehicle, but there's good parking if you do. If parking is the deciding factor for you, feel free to stay. Otherwise, there are many other hotels nearby, and I'd ask people reading this to book somewhere else.

I booked online because of personal issues, and the site's photos, especially of the room, made it look like a good choice. In reality it was a horrible, dirty place to stay, with the washroom especially bad. The room was filthy too: ketchup stains on the bedsheet, a dirty couch, and very dirty curtains. It was so cold, yet they didn't provide a room heater. When I asked for one, they wanted ₹300. Hot water was supposed to be available only from 7AM to 11AM, but there still wasn't any. The room was absolute trash and the stay was horrible.

We booked three rooms for the same price, but got rooms from three different categories, and the hotel hadn't kept our booking as requested. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, especially the bathrooms, and the TV didn't work. For two guests they gave us one towel and two very small soaps. Food was average and a bit expensive. There is private parking, but it's off to the side and away from the market. Not satisfied.
