At Fortune Haldwani, the warmth of the staff made us feel comfortable, especially with our toddler. They were attentive and polite, and helped us choose food and cuisines to try. We ate at Zodiac restaurant, and the team also showed us their new restaurant Oriental Pavilion, as well as the bakery and coffee shop. Everything felt welcoming, professional, and well managed. Thanks to Mr Nitesh Singh ji for the hospitality. We've become regular customers and would recommend it for a comfortable family meal and genuine hospitality.

The rooms stayed clean, hygienic, and well maintained throughout my comfortable, memorable stay at ITC Fortune, Haldwani. The hotel's cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality reflect the ITC brand well. Housekeeping was efficient, and the restaurant service was excellent. Mr. Sarveshwar Saklani, Mr. Ravi, and Mr. Ghanshyam were warm, prompt, and courteous, making dinner enjoyable with their professionalism and attention to detail. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Haldwani for business or leisure.

The rooftop Zodiac restaurant serves authentic Uttarakhand food, and the people here make the place feel like home. Hargovind Ji, the Manager, and Rohit are always smiling and around when you need them. Such kind people, with prompt service. For a stay or somewhere to relax, this is the best hotel and restaurant in Haldwani!

I live in Haldwani, so I don't stay at the hotel, but I come by often for lunch, coffee, or a sunset beer. The view is stunning, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The only downside is that Wi-Fi passwords are for hotel guests only. Everything else gets 4.9999999 from me. Great work.

The food was very good, with lots of options, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the courteous, helpful staff made us comfortable from start to finish. Hargovind, Babita and Sarvanan helped me find local spots I couldn't have explored without their support. If you're visiting Haldwani and want a comfortable, hassle free stay, this should be your first choice.
