When we arrived in Nainital, the property had a different name and its management knew nothing about our booking. We had nowhere to stay, and other properties were full. The Goroomgo people had asked for an advance almost seven days before our arrival, despite booking.com warning us not to pay, and threatened to cancel at the last minute if I didn't. I paid, but have had no callback and no mention of a refund. The harassment after reaching Nainital was harrowing. These guys are criminals.

I booked through the agoda app, but when I got to nainital they put me in another property. Breakfast was included in the booking, yet they added it to my final bill at checkout. Room service was very poor.
