The online pictures show different places, and the rooms we got were very dirty and smelly. When I asked the manager to change the room and blanket, he spoke rudely and told me to go away, saying it would stay the same otherwise. Manager Mr. Tamta was unpleasant. He gave poor rooms to people who booked online and better ones to offline guests while asking them for more money.

Getting to the hotel means walking uphill, and once there I found the windows broken. There wasn't even hot water available, and the staff wanted money to carry the luggage. A really bad stay.

The rooms and linens were dirty, and the staff were rude. I had a very bad stay here and wouldn't recommend it at any price.

The bathroom was the worst part: a spider was on the sink, an earthworm was by the drain, and a snail was moving across the floor. There was mold on the tiles and a constant bad smell, and nothing felt usable. The room itself smelled damp and musty, with algae and fungus on the bed and pillows, so I couldn't rest. Cleanliness clearly wasn't a priority. There wasn't a phone in the room, and room service was almost nonexistent. I had to go downstairs to ask for things. When I requested drinking water or clean towels, the staff were very slow or didn't respond. I felt ignored throughout. I don't usually write reviews, but this stay was such a disaster that people should know. There was no cleanliness, no basic amenities, and no service. I wouldn't wish this on anyone, and the place needs a health inspection. Avoid it.
