Hotel Ankur Plaza Deluxe by OYO Rooms

Coming back to the hotel the next day, we found that the room we had reserved after a two-day stay, with an advance already paid, had been given to someone else. The proprietor told the staff to “say anything to them and give another room.” We found that very unprofessional. The hospitality was very disappointing. Staff were unresponsive, we had to call repeatedly for basic things like drinking water, and check-in was slow with no one seeming interested in helping. The room also had poor ventilation and mechanical problems in the washroom, yet the price was high. I would not recommend it for families. The rude behaviour and bad service made for a bad experience.
