The convenient location made it easy to reach nearby attractions, and the food was good. I also appreciated how courteous and helpful the team was whenever I needed something. My room was clean, the facilities were good, and the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable. Thanks for making the stay enjoyable. I’d recommend Hotel Arif to people visiting Nainital and would be glad to come back.

Waking up to the mountain view from our room was a real highlight, and the peaceful setting gave the place a lovely hill-station feel. Arif Castles looks beautiful after its renovation, with an elegant atmosphere. The meals were fresh, flavourful, and came in a generous spread. Everyone was warm and attentive, so the comfort and scenery went hand in hand. I’d happily recommend it to anyone heading to Nainital.

A really nice stay, the hotel was superb. Special thanks to Mr Hemant dani, the F&B manager. Hemant ji looked after every little thing, and the service was outstanding. Thank you, Mr Hemant. Hope to see you soon.

It was easy to get around from Hotel Arif Castle, Nainital, while the setting itself stayed peaceful and away from the crowd. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, with beautiful views that made the stay relaxing. Staff were polite and attentive throughout, and handled everything smoothly from check-in to check-out. A very comfortable choice for a visit to Nainital, and I’d recommend it.
