Hotel Aroma Nainital

What made our anniversary stay at The Aroma Hotel in Nainital so memorable was the people. Akash at the front desk greeted us warmly, then, after hearing about the occasion, arranged a lovely celebration at short notice. He also hosted us for a complimentary dinner and gave us a thoughtful return gift. I’ve stayed at plenty of expensive premium hotels and rarely had such a heartfelt gesture. Mr. Pushkar and the whole team clearly work hard to make guests feel at home. The views of Nainital were mesmerizing, and our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Service felt kind and personal throughout. There was ample parking, a big plus in Nainital, and the price seemed very reasonable for what we got. We had a lovely time and will return.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with attentive staff who made the service feel personal. Our room was spacious, clean, and well kept, and the modern amenities made things convenient. The location put us near the main attractions but still felt quiet enough to relax. A good fit for a business or leisure trip.

The hills and lake views from Hotel Aroma were breathtaking, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax. Our room was neat and well maintained, with lovely interiors and a comfortable bed. Housekeeping did a great job each day, while room service was quick. The restaurant served fresh, tasty, hygienic meals, and its staff were attentive and polite. Mr. Akash from the Front Office welcomed us warmly and made check-in and check-out smooth. His professional manner helped us feel comfortable right away. The hospitality was excellent from arrival onward. I’d recommend the hotel to families, couples, and friends looking for comfort and scenic beauty in Nainital, and I’d love to visit again.

We booked a family suite with bunk beds, but the room we got was filthy, poorly kept, and unhygienic. It looked nothing like the listing, and from the start we felt cheated. The sink in the washroom was fully clogged, the mattresses were broken, and water leaking in the room caused a strong, unbearable stench. Photos attached. Staff sprayed so much room freshener to mask it that the smell became even more suffocating instead of fixing the problem. We lasted one night, and even that was a nightmare. There was no basic cleanliness or maintenance, and no concern for guests. I found the hotel misleading and highly unhygienic, and absolutely unsuitable for families. Worst hotel experience of my life, a complete scam. If I could, I’d give it zero stars. Do yourself a favor and don’t book it. There are much better places, and this one should be avoided.
