Paradise Pool Resort

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the food was good. I had read a lot of negative reviews about the location, food, staff, and hygiene before our two-day stay in a premium room at Paradise Pool Resort, so I was a bit worried. In my experience, those concerns didn't hold up. The staff were polite, helpful, and available whenever I called, whether early in the morning or late at night. They even called me “Dada.” The resort is about 1 km in from the main road. The road is in good condition, and the drive has great views. The last ~100 meters are on foot along a well-kept, lit path that felt safe, with families staying there too. Staff can come pick you up if you feel uncomfortable. That short walk felt worth it for the peace and beauty of the property. Prithvi checked in regularly to make sure everything was fine, though I'd seen comments that he stops responding after booking. Big thanks to Prithvi, Pankaj, and Suraj for making our trip better. Based on my stay, I'd say give it a try if you're hesitating over the reviews.

Pankaj bhai helped us from the start, with the booking, directions to the resort, and making sure our needs were handled. The team even carried our luggage all the way to the room. The setting is beautiful and quiet, a good place to refresh both body and mind, and the staff were very helpful and polite. Our room was clean and well kept, just as pictured. The food was amazing, and we absolutely loved staying here. Since it's a resort, I'd recommend going with a group for the best experience.
