We came to the property for a couple photoshoot, but the receptionist made us uncomfortable with an unnecessary remark that they don’t provide rooms “like this” just because a girl was with us. The behavior was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Guests deserve basic courtesy and respect regardless of who they are. This kind of regressive attitude is unacceptable, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a respectful, professional environment.

Our stay was comfortable, and I thought it was worth the price. The staff were friendly and cooperative, and the location was good, with everything nearby. The food was really good and priced normally. We stayed in a deluxe room. It was spacious and clean, and although the hotel is old and some people might find the room old too, it’s very well maintained. They provided an electric kettle with tea, milk, and sugar pouches, along with toiletries.

The Ramnager Rail station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which made getting there really convenient.
