I spent two days there, and the service was very disappointing. We had to call staff three or four times just to get warm water and slippers. The room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the staff were unprofessional and unhelpful. It didn't meet basic hospitality standards. 👎🏻

The reception number gets switched off after 9 pm, and there isn't a kettle in the hotel. When we asked the manager around 10 pm for hot drinking water because it was extremely cold, we were told the kitchen was closed. As a tourist at night, you feel helpless. Hospitality here is baseless. Don't be taken in by the hotel's cleanliness if the service is this bad. It's a cheap hotel, and I'd ask everyone to avoid booking here so you don't face the same inconvenience.

The room wasn't properly cleaned, the blankets weren't clean, and the staff were really rude. This was a terrible, roadside kind of hotel, not suitable for a family.

If you're after a comfortable stay and good hospitality, this place isn't for you. We stayed recently and had the worst experience: the manager and staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. The manager especially had no manners and doesn't understand how hospitality should work. I can't recommend it.
