I paid in full expecting some peace, but the kitchen noise carried on all day and night. I had room 314, right beside or behind the kitchen, and the rooms next to it and along that row must have the same problem. You hear people talking loudly, cooking, and banging utensils. Guests come to rest, and management should understand that. The service and charges were poor and disruptive too. My experience was very bad, especially when it came to quiet. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, and if you do go, avoid room 314 and the rooms beside it. I hope management takes this seriously, because I wouldn’t suggest staying here again.

We booked this hotel for three days and had an amazing stay. The staff were helpful and cooperative, always ready to meet our needs. The rooftop views at Sirocco were the highlight of our family’s night in Haldwani. The rooms were comfortable and the food was great too. A nice place for a relaxed vibe and those views.

The rooftop cafe was my favorite part. Thanks to chef rikku majila! The place also felt safe and was good quality accommodation. I’d recommend visiting once, I’m sure you’ll love it.
