Hotel Robinsson Palace

The staff were very polite and helpful, and the food was delicious. They were also willing to make meals to suit my preferences if I let them know in advance. Hotel Robinson Palace is in a peaceful location, which made for a relaxing stay. Parking was excellent, and you can take the lift straight from the parking area to any floor, a real help for elderly or differently-abled guests. I'd recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, quiet stay with good food.

The owners were courteous throughout our four-day, three-night family stay in the third week of June 24. They even arranged a music evening for guests on the terrace, with hot snacks brought to each table. We also enjoyed spending time on the terrace in the evenings. Our room was spacious, neat, and clean, and room service was quick. The balcony was a nice place to sit with tea or coffee from the staff. The food was good and served hot on time. Staff were supportive and available when needed. Hotel Robinson Palace is peaceful, has mountain views, and is well connected to major attractions. It also has proper secure parking, which can be hard to find at mountain resorts. The children's play area had lots of toys and equipment in good condition. We all enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it.

The spacious rooms were well maintained, and the balcony views were beautiful. The kids' area was a nice extra, with basketball, badminton, table tennis, and carrom to play. We had a fantastic family stay. The staff were responsive and answered our questions well. I highly recommend this place for a memorable family vacation.

The price wasn't too high, and both the rooms and staff were good. The location was superb.
