I paid the full amount in advance through oyo for a room, but at arrival the front office staff asked for extra money and made excuses. The room didn't have basic things like drinking water, a towel, soap, or a dustbin. Those should be there before a guest checks in. Very poor hospitality, and a waste of money.
The staff were polite, and the rooms on the second floor are spacious and nice. It's a new property on the main road, with a banquet hall, though shops are still being built across the front lawn. The hotel's food choices are limited, but there are plenty of nearby food places, plus Zomato and Swiggy. They have notices about not allowing visitors in rooms and charging Rs. 50 for plates and spoons delivered to rooms, but neither rule is being enforced at the moment.
I booked this by mistake through make my trip. Check everything before you check in, because it wasn't worth it. The geyser, AC, TV, and toilet flush were all out of order. Worst hotel I've seen.
The prices feel a bit high for what you get, and there's not even a kitchen. Still, it's a good hotel.
The room was clean and hygienic, and the staff were really good. Food quality was quite good too. I'd recommend it.
