What made this stay so unpleasant was the way the receptionist spoke to me. I had explained that my visit was covered by a corporate tie-up and shared the reference details, yet I was told to pay the full room charge in advance because, as he put it, some customers leave without paying. That felt insulting and showed little trust in the valid corporate credentials I had provided. If advance payment is required under a policy, it should be explained respectfully. Hospitality includes how guests are treated, and I left feeling unwelcome. I hope management takes this seriously and trains the front desk to deal with corporate guests more professionally.

I've been a customer of this hotel for 12 years. The staff have always been cooperative and supportive. Vinoj ji and Kailash ji are good people, and I recommend the hotel to all my friends.

There's parking for guests staying here. The hotel is a budget option in a central part of Haldwani, close to the roadways bus stand, the railway station, and the taxi stand.

Breakfast was the best part of my one-night stay in a Deluxe Room. It was fresh and tasty. The rest of the experience fell short: there was a cockroach in the room, and soap and shampoo were missing until I asked for them. Only half a liter of drinking water came complimentary, which felt quite limited for a Deluxe booking. Charging for another small bottle seemed unreasonable. The stay felt like a compromise, and I hope the hotel improves these basic standards for future guests.
