The staff were a real plus, friendly, attentive, and clearly trying to make guests feel welcome. The location is excellent too. Still, the stay felt average because the hotel needs updating. The bedding looked tired, and the mattress was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep at all. The dining areas seemed dull, and the utensils looked old, which detracted from the meals. With the location and hardworking team, better attention to renovations and upkeep could make a big difference. The hotel has a lot of potential that hasn’t quite come through yet.

The complimentary shuttle makes a big difference: it runs to Mall Road and can pick you up there for much of the day, which helps with the steep walk back up. The hotel is close to Mall Road and Naini Lake, on a gentle slope, and many rooms have nice views. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff generally polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent, and there are good food options nearby as well. The slope can be tough if you’re walking with luggage, and other guests have mentioned occasional maintenance issues. This is a good mid-range option in Nainital, with convenient access to Mall Road and a useful shuttle.

The lake setting and mesmerising views made for a lovely stay at Seasons resort. The staff, led by Mr. Ashwini Prasad, were very courteous, and the food was excellent. A great stay.

This was my second visit, and I enjoyed the serene mountain and lake views again. The rooms were clean and well organised, and the staff were responsive and helpful. Mr. Ashwin was especially warm and welcoming, making sure the stay was comfortable. Thanks for the great hospitality.
