The food was delicious, with a good range of choices, and the staff were polite and ready to help with requests. Our room was clean, roomy and well cared for. Justa is surrounded by greenery in a lovely natural setting, so it was a great place for us to relax.

I booked on the spur of the moment and was glad I did. The place was quiet and relaxing, and the food, stay and overall experience were all good. Pavan, Kanisk and Prakash took careful care of what my family needed.

The price felt far too high for what was offered. My wife, our 10-year-old and I paid around 26400 for two days. Breakfast and dinner were included with complimentary high tea, but that high tea was just tea and potato chops every day, and it was really poor. We ordered one meal outside the package and paid 1400 for six rotis and a sabzi. Power cuts happened constantly, and backup took ages to return. When someone in our group couldn’t make the walk to the restaurant, staff refused to bring food to the room. A child aged 10 or older is automatically charged 2000 for extra bedding. We spent much more than a family of three should have for these amenities. Better to choose somewhere else.

The lawns were beautifully kept, thanks to Mali Laxmi Narayan, and Chef Jitender served delicious dishes during our three days. Nisha, Pawan and Prakash at the restaurant were always attentive and greeted us warmly, making sure we had what we needed. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was exceptional and the whole stay was memorable and satisfying.
