Kumaoni Karavan Camps Resort

If you want to hear nature around you and feel closer to it, do visit. The location is awesome and the property is very calm and peaceful. The tree bed in the rooms adds to their beauty and gives them a sense of space. The only drawback is that road access is quite messy for the last 1 and a half km.

For a break from everyday life, the location, service and rooms are just right. The manager and staff are friendly and very cooperative. I'd recommend staying here if you're planning to visit pangoot.

After the pre-booking payment, the rooms turned out nothing like they were described, the food was subpar, and the facilities disappointed. Before I paid, they were very polite and accommodating. Once I raised my concerns after arriving, they casually said I could leave and find somewhere else, which wasn't really an option after paying. The lack of care and transparency felt appalling. Prices were much higher than usual, and with no other nearby options, I felt completely cheated. Service and quality fell far short of what I expected for the rates. I wouldn't recommend Kumaoni Karavan Camps & Resort, and I'll never stay there again.

The food had decent variety, though some dishes didn't taste quite right. Staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. I enjoyed my stay overall, but the flavors could be improved.
