The evening ambience was especially lovely, and the whole riverside property in Ramnagar felt peaceful, surrounded by nature. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful, and the food was fresh and delicious. It made for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. A great choice for anyone visiting the Jim Corbett area.

I came to La Perla Resort for the first time and had a memorable stay, especially because of the help I received with a search that's been going on for 12 years. I've been looking for Ganesh Baanns to donate to the temple in my village, but hadn't been able to find it despite trying for so long. While I was in Room 212 at Cotton Tree, I told Mr. Pardeep Negi about it during room service. He listened patiently and kindly connected me with Mr. Amit Ji. Later I met Mr. Amit Ji and Mr. Brijesh Ji, who welcomed me warmly and explained the plant in detail. They were sincere, respectful, professional, and clearly willing to help. Their guidance made me feel valued and supported. I'm very grateful for the time and attention all three gave me. Their kindness and hospitality made the visit special, and I'll remember their support with gratitude.

The location and property are lovely, with a real feeling of being out in nature. The food choices were limited, but what we tried tasted great. We booked at random for two nights and three rooms, and despite the issues, I'd still consider coming back. The owner should keep a closer eye on staff behavior, since some staff were good but others were rude or unprofessional. The pool water was never clean. One day, around five families were swimming when a man in a T-shirt was told by the pool attendant to change. He said they were checking out soon, and the attendant switched off the pool motor and walked away. We felt that was rude, especially with the other guests still there, and he didn't listen when we objected. On another occasion, I politely asked a staff member near the pool for one of the chairs that had been moved from the park. He ignored me and started chatting with colleagues cleaning the pool, so I went over and carried four chairs back with family members. Checkout was frustrating too. I'd paid the night before and explained I needed to leave early for urgent work, but they kept us waiting 30 minutes while checking rooms. One TV hadn't worked since day one, yet they still told me to wait while they checked with someone and got clearance. It felt humiliating. I went to the room with a staff member and pointed out that the TV had no power, which seemed like an internal fault rather than damage. They still called someone to confirm before asking the guard to open the gate. We had been leaving with good memories, but the whole family's mood was spoiled for a while. Still, we let it go.

The staff were warm, attentive, and clearly cared about making our family stay a good one. The food was great from breakfast through dinner.
