The rooms were beautifully done and comfortable, with all the little details taken care of. Naveen, Yogendra and Amit were always available when we needed help. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive and made us feel at home. Everything about Casa De Bello felt elegant and comfortable, with genuine hospitality. Chef Narendra and Dev Shing prepared delicious food, Parkash and Parkash kept everything looking lovely, Yogendra Gyani gave us warm service, and Manager Naveen Bhatt made sure things went smoothly. Every detail seemed thoughtfully handled, and the hospitality felt genuinely kind. I loved the tranquil atmosphere at Cafe De Bello Resort. It was a great escape from the city, and the staff made the whole stay wonderful. If you’re after a peaceful break with kind, attentive service and beautiful vibes, this place is worth a visit. ✨

The people here really made the stay, especially Deep, who made everything convenient for us. The rooms were clean and had a cozy feel, and the atmosphere was great. I’d recommend it for a short vacation or a visit to kainchi dham. Ask the chef for local food recommendations too, the food was great.

The staff were warm, safe, and welcoming, and Naveen ji deserves special thanks for managing the property like it was his own and making us feel at home. The first aid kit was available, and we appreciated them letting us extend checkout for health reasons. Our only suggestion is a slightly better discount on the food bill next time. The hotel was conveniently close to Kainchi Dham and Golu Devta. We also looked forward to the fresh, delicious food every day. It was a very comfortable and heartfelt stay.
