Namah Nainital, a member of Radisson Individuals Retreats

The rooms and passages were a bit small, and getting around with a stroller wasn't easy. There were ramps in some places, but many areas had none, so that could be improved. We had a wonderful stay at Namah with our toddler. The staff were courteous and helpful. Special thanks to our server Mr.Harshit, who helped prepare baby food. The food quality and hygiene were good, and they also made Jain food for my wife.

The atmosphere at Namaha Nainital Uttarakhand was welcoming, and the location was convenient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist. I really enjoyed the stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

The restaurant staff made us feel welcome, especially Mr. Shyam and Ms. Meena. The food had a good variety, though the quality was average, meals could have been warmer in winter, and the seasoning was on the light side. There was live music and magic during dining hours, though I couldn't attend. Complimentary high tea was a nice addition. I stayed two nights in a second-floor room with a valley view. The bed was small but cosy and comfortable, and the package included breakfast and complimentary high tea. The shuttle to Mall Road was convenient and reliable until 8 pm. Check-in and restaurant staff showed excellent hospitality and made the stay memorable. Cozy rooms, entertainment options, and attentive staff made for a very good overall experience, though a slightly larger bed would have been ideal.

The food was flavorful, with excellent choices and a dessert setup that was the best, something for everyone. Shivangi and Nita, the chef and sous chef, were informative and accommodating with our various needs. They also prepared Jain food for my wife. The shuttle to and from the main lake area was prompt, and everyone was courteous. Monish, the shuttle driver, went above and beyond when we needed a pharmacy. Even though it was the end of shuttle service, he waited until we got our medicine. Madan ji helped with our room and laundry. Anupam bhai was an excellent hands-on leader who helped us many times, and the staff showed a customer-first approach. It was truly a 5 star family experience, from the food and service to the rooms and location. Rooms were spacious and clean, with enough amenities, hot showers, and good mattresses and pillows.
