Offbeat Aman The Lake Front Hotel

The staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. We also enjoyed the food, and everything during our stay was managed well. It was quiet and peaceful, with lovely surroundings and an amazing view. We had a pleasant, relaxing stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere calm and refreshing.

The food was terrible: watery dal, cold biryani, and just bad taste. I also had to ask repeatedly for basic amenities, and the washroom was so dirty that even public washrooms are cleaner. The hotel's cleanliness, room allocation, food service, and responsiveness were all poor. At booking, the pictures showed luxurious rooms, but at Hotel Aman in Nainital we were given dirty, poorly maintained rooms. Other rooms looked good and well kept, but they assigned us the worst ones. I don't recommend Hotel Aman because of the false promises and poor service.

Breakfast on the terrace, with fresh mountain air and nature around us, was one of my favorite parts of the stay. Offbeat Hotel Aman was close enough to Nainital’s attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel secluded. The villa we chose was cozy, well maintained, and had all the comforts we needed. Its rustic decor gave it a special charm. The surrounding hill views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere hit me as soon as we arrived. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had what we needed without hovering. After a day exploring, it was a lovely place to unwind. I left feeling refreshed and grateful, and would definitely recommend it for a relaxing getaway in Nainital.

The food was good and tasty, and the place is beautiful, away from the town's bustle. It's a long way from the Mall, though. The view from the sit out is exceptional, but you can only get it from the top floor. From the premium rooms, you see another property in front of you. Better to book a Luxury room and enjoy your stay. One of the best properties for a Nainital visit, with a mesmerising view.
