They run a hotel without a usable washroom for female visitors who aren't staying there. There are two washrooms, one under construction and the other also used by men, with no light. How can a hospitality business not help a visitor with even this basic need?
Really nice hotel, and the staff service is so cool. I liked it a lot. Everyone should visit once.
The location is good, but there isn't much else to recommend this hotel, especially at these prices. The rooms were spacious but dirty, and the bathroom smelled bad the whole time. The flush didn't work either. There were mosquitoes, and no Allout in the room, though the hotel guys did give me the kachhua for them.
The property isn't very new, but the rooms are gigantic with plenty of open space. The staff are polite, the linen is clean, and the blankets are cozy. It's on the main road and cleanliness wasn't a problem. Good for a solo traveler, couples, or a group.
I travel to haldwani often, and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed at there. Rahul at the front desk and Negi ji make you feel welcome, almost like you're at home. The furnished rooms have modern amenities, the food is great and affordable, and the rates are reasonable for a budget-friendly stay. There is ample parking on the main road by the delhi highway, and Haldwani's biggest base hospital is next door, so medical care is just a click away.
