Nice.

The mountain views from the big bedroom and drawing room windows are lovely. There's a shop for basic groceries only about 20 steps away, though no restaurants or hotels nearby offer home delivery. The apartment has a kitchen with cooking utensils, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator and an RO water purifier, along with a bedroom and a drawing room. The bedroom is nicely done, has storage, a TV connection and a well-kept bathroom with a geyser. The drawing room sofa opens into a double bed; its bathroom is standard but has no geyser or shower. The building is a housing apartment, and vacant flats are booked through OYO. The security guards' room is in the basement, where you pick up the keys and other amenities after booking. The place is about 50 meters from the spot marked on the map. A narrow path leads up from the main road; it slopes a bit at first and is only wide enough for one car in some places, but getting there is easy. A few things to keep in mind: the elevator sometimes breaks, so a lower floor may be easier. This isn't a hotel, so check the water supply before using the bathroom. The drawing room window sits very low and has no grill, so close it when you arrive if you have small children. There's fairly comfortable parking in the basement, plus a shared bathroom the driver can use.
