The setting is quiet and could suit couples, but getting to the hotel is difficult. The path is very steep, with no proper route or even decent stairs, which would be hard for older people. We also had electricity and water problems. Food took a while because they first take your order, then bring the ingredients and prepare it. The rooms were okay.

We found a room here while caught in a storm after another hotel turned down our online booking, which was a real relief. The location is amazing and the rooms are good, though the washroom was average. We enjoyed the reasonably priced food. Parking can be tricky for a new driver since the space sits a little below the road, but there’s also parking along the road.

The room smelled awful, and the blankets did too. The bathroom jet and geyser weren’t working, and there was no lock on the room. We booked two rooms and were charged double for both. They don’t provide complimentary water; they charge for bottles, and the bottle they call complimentary had no seal, so it seemed to have been refilled. The service was terrible, and the hotel isn’t on the main road, so you have to walk quite a way to get there. There’s no proper staircase down to it, and there are lots of dogs around the hotel. We stayed just one day, but it was a nightmare. I’d ask people to avoid it if they don’t want their vacation spoiled.

The best thing here is the peace, right in the middle of nature, and the room has an amazing view. The staff were helpful and polite, and the service was good. A lovely place to stay, highly recommend it.
