We had a wonderful time here, with delicious food, lovely views, and warm hospitality. The evenings bring cool winds, and the surrounding nature makes it a nice balance for travelers of all ages. It’s right in the centre near Nainital, with plenty of tourist attractions just a short drive away. Thanks for a great stay.

There was no water in the bathroom on our second day, and we spent the whole day waiting for the tank to fill. The bathroom was filthy, and when we asked for it to be cleaned, it still wasn’t done. I had to buy Harpic at a nearby shop and hand it to them. The quilts were dirty and weren’t changed when requested because they said they had no clean ones. There weren’t towels in the bathroom either. When we asked, they gave us a wet towel that had come from the dry cleaner but hadn’t dried. The rooms were spacious, but the condition was pathetic. There seemed to be hardly any staff, just two people, and the cleaner and cook were the same person. We had a horrible time with family. It’s a homestay converted into a hotel, not even a proper hotel, and the service was below third-class. Stay away if you don’t want to spoil your trip and peace of mind. I’ve never had such a torturous hotel experience. The owner’s response said water had been left running in another room, but I was the one who suffered. They also acknowledged that the washroom was filthy and had to be cleaned twice. Rooms and toilets should be cleaned before guests arrive, not after check-in. You can defend the place as much as you like, and buy as many fake Google reviews as you want, but my experience convinced me those reviews are fake. They’re all about five months old, as if everyone visited and posted in the same month. I’ll do what I can to stop anyone I know from visiting.

The terrace dining area looks out over a breathtaking valley. The property sits right by the highway but is still surrounded by magnificent hills. Rooms are spacious, hygienic, and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

The food at The Hills View hotel in bhawali was tasty and healthy, cooked in a home-style way. It’s also about a 15-minute drive from the famous temple Kainchi Dham. Everyone I met, from reception and check-in to the cleaning staff, was friendly and eager to help. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I’ll recommend it to my colleagues.
