Rajesh Mishra was especially helpful, polite, and professional, and his quick, friendly service made our stay better. The rooms at Orchid Hotel Nainital were comfortable and clean, and the location worked well for enjoying Nainital. We had a lovely stay and found the hospitality excellent. I'd recommend it for an easy, pleasant visit.

The washroom was in unacceptable shape, with damaged fittings and ongoing maintenance problems. The furniture was worn, and the room felt far from welcoming. The rooms were old, neglected, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, with basic cleanliness missing. The property looked nothing like its photos, and the whole atmosphere was uncomfortable. For what they charged, the stay fell well short of expectations. Hotel Summer O King, Nainital needs major renovation and better management. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable stay in Nainital.

The staff were very good, and the food was nice. Rooms were clean and hygienic, and the place was well maintained. A really nice place.

There wasn't a landline in the room to reach the hotel. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and the washroom smelled bad. The cable wasn't working because it had no recharge. I asked for milk several times, but the owner and receptionist kept putting it off, saying they were busy with important accounts. It felt like customers didn't matter to them. The price was more than double what I think is reasonable; it's okay under 500-550.
