OYO Flagship 48731 Pradeep Hostel

I booked through OYO and paid in advance, but at the hotel they raised the price and told me to cancel. My money has been stuck ever since. I booked before 9 AM and cancelled before 9 AM, yet a year later I still haven't received a refund. I've called customer care as many times as I could, and they just hang up. Never pay OYO early. They take the money and don't return it.

My OYO booking was confirmed, but they still charged me, blaming a personal issue. The rooms are filthy and awful, and the staff are useless. The AC is controlled remotely by the hotel. After booking confirmation, they also charged GST. This place feels like it's just there to take your money. If the hotel doesn't work, why open it? Better not book here. 😁😁👎👎👎👎

The hotel is near mukhani, but the rooms and bedding weren't clean, and the staff seemed untrained. Even though GST was included on my online receipt, they asked me to pay another 12% when I booked online. They wouldn't extend checkout when I asked, unless I paid extra. I booked through agoda, but don't trust the listed amenities: they don't provide breakfast, and the Wi-Fi is only for staff. The owner was rude and selfish.

Flagship Pradeep Hostel is a dependable budget option in Haldwani. The place is conveniently located for nearby attractions and transport, and the accommodation was clean and looked after. Prices are affordable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
