Mr Ganesh is an awesome person, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. You get nice sunlight for a long time in winter because the property sits high near the mountains. The food was decent, though nothing special, and the place is a reasonable choice among the options in this price range. One frustrating thing, they changed the property's name to Lime wood but hadn't updated it anywhere.

Food isn't available after 8 pm, and there's no generator. They don't provide bottled water or complimentary bathroom accessories either. The rooms are expensive, and you have to pay extra for basics like a heater. Hospitality was average. The number listed belongs to an agent.

There wasn't even a zero star option, so I had to give one. The management was very bad. When we complained about the food and service, they said we should have checked out in the middle of the night if we didn't like it. GANESH, the main person there, was very rude and arrogant and didn't know how to speak to people. The food was PATHETIC, there was NO WATER IN THE ROOMS, the GEYSER WOULDN'T WORK, and no staff came to help guests. DONT VISIT HERE.

The linens and bedsheets were pathetic, and the rooms were filthy, with damp walls and stinky washrooms. Management was poor. Rajiv and Ganesh, the property manager and receptionist, kept changing their stories and telling lies. DON'T TAKE ANY PACKAGES FROM THIS HOTEL!
