Aotel Pangot (Formerly Royal Cliff)

Waking up to birdsong and fresh mountain air was a wonderful part of the stay. Hotel Pangot has a calm, refreshing atmosphere in peaceful mountains, away from city noise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well maintained, and had the basic amenities. Staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, fresh, and served on time, with a good range of choices. The hotel was well managed and felt safe for families, couples, and solo travelers. I'd gladly return for another peaceful getaway in nature.

Sangeeta, Front Office Executive, made a real difference with her warm welcome and great hospitality. She was extremely polite and professional, and made check-in and the rest of the stay smooth and comfortable. The front office, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all courteous and ready to help. Aotel Resort was clean, well maintained, and had a relaxing feel. Highly recommended for a pleasant, peaceful stay. I'll definitely visit again!

At Aotel Resort, Pangot, the beautiful surroundings and comfortable rooms made for an enjoyable visit. Sangeeta was especially welcoming and humble. The hospitality was excellent, and it was a memorable stay.

For group bookings, please remember this place is meant for peace and enjoying nature. A loud, rowdy crowd with a mob mentality can ruin its real essence. I was frustrated by a group of 16 from Delhi-NCR who were completely insensitive. Apart from that, the experience was wonderful. It's the best and largest property near Pangot, and easy enough to reach. There's ample safe parking, room to walk around, an outdoor play area, vegetation and flowers throughout, and a large hall for indoor games. Rooms are a good size with large balconies and card-key digital locks like those in high-end hotels. Bathrooms have 3 to 4star features, including a hair dryer, toiletry kits, shower area, and geyser. The food has good variety, staff behaved well, and they handled complaints cordially. Nature walks or casual drives are available nearby. It's great for couples and small families seeking peace, unless a large group disrupts it.
