I went on a school trip as a student. The resort looked really good from outside, and the rooms were good too. But the blankets were terribly dirty. The food was good, though the crockery wasn't as clean as it should have been. Washrooms were clean, but there was no equipment to clean them after use, and nobody came to provide service. The staff weren't as good as they should be either. It's a good resort overall, but they need to work on those things.

We were a group of 30, and my experience at the resort was very bad. They charged Rs 2500 per person for triple sharing, buffet included, but the food was very poor in quality and there wasn't enough of it. The staff were rude, service was the worst, and the resort is overrated. Our rooms smelled bad, there was no hot water, and the water in the Bisleri bottles had been refilled with their own water. There was no power backup at night when the electricity went out.

We brought about 85 college students on a study tour. Staff were courteous, helpful, and prompt, and both the food and service were very good. The rooms were clean. I would recommend the hotel, though I'd suggest management add heaters and check the water heaters.
