The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, and the food had a nice homely touch. The property is peaceful and well kept, with beautiful Mukteshwar mountain views that made mornings special. Everything from the rooms and ambience to the service helped make our weekend getaway memorable. A great choice for a calm break away from the city. Highly recommend.

The best part is the valley view from the back of the property. There’s an open corridor or common balcony where you can sit, enjoy meals, play games, and chat. The rooms are clean and have all the facilities. An amazing stay, and definitely a go-to place in Mukteshwar.

The whole place felt calm, and the view from the property was stunning. We had a really lovely weekend here. The staff made everything easy with their warm, courteous hospitality, and both the food and our clean, comfortable room were great. A lovely spot to unwind in the hills, and I’d happily come back.

The rooms were spotless and the view was lovely, but it was the owner and staff who made the place hard to leave. Everyone was kind, helpful, and polite. If you're in mukteshwar, just book here and enjoy your stay.

We had delicious vegetarian meals made without onion or garlic, just as we requested, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay at Shri Shail Inn, Mukteshwar especially pleasant. The housekeeping and restaurant teams were helpful and polite the whole time. Service and cleanliness were both excellent. A comfortable choice for families or anyone traveling in Mukteshwar.
