I paid 2400 in advance, then had to cancel after 3 or 4 hours because of a personal issue. The manager wouldn’t refund anything. I even offered to let them keep 500 rs and return 1900, but they still said no amount would be refunded. I don’t think that’s justified, since they could give the same room to someone else and get 2400 again. Their greediness told a whole different story.

Very unhygienic, and a total waste of money. The rooms, blankets, pillows and bathrooms were all really dirty, and there’s no service here. This is the worst hotel. Also, I think the people giving this damn hotel 5 ratings are staff members, so please don’t rely on those 5+ ratings. This was my true experience, so don’t waste your money here.

The staff were polite and helpful with everything, and room service was extraordinary. The food was wholesome and tasty too. Our room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel’s location is the best. Highly recommended...

We decided it was better to leave after seeing the manager’s condition. We had arrived around 2:00 in the night between 25th and 26th August, and the guard said a room was available before going to wake the manager. At reception, the manager was asleep on a nearby sofa, and it took the guard a long time to wake him. When he finally got up, he was extremely angry about being disturbed, then started abusing us and behaving badly. He was completely drunk and didn’t know what he was saying. I’ve attached a photograph, and management can check the hotel’s CCTV footage if it wants. I didn’t have family or women with me. Management should take steps about this. Otherwise it’s very risky for a customer at night and a threat to security.
