Shervani Hilltop Nainital

The buffet spread was quite good, and the staff were very courteous. There were also lots of recreational activities at the resort. It’s close to Mall road, and the hotel provided complimentary drop and pickup. We had a wonderful stay.

The surroundings are beautiful and so relaxing, and we’d definitely recommend Shervani. We visited Nainital after many years, and our experience at Shervani made us want to come back and recommend it to others. Breakfast and dinner were top class, with plenty of hygienic variety. Even with our medical issues, we had no health problem after eating. When we needed medication in the early hours of the morning, the staff went to get it within 30 minutes. The food, place and staff were awesome. I’d give Shervani management and staff 10/10. Special appreciation to Ritu in the food area and Sia at the reception centre.

We had a wonderful stay at Shervani Hilltop, with excellent food, comfortable rooms, a great location and very good service throughout. I’d highly recommend it. I’d especially like to thank Miss Mahima at the front desk. I’d booked Premium rooms on the 2nd floor, but my mother’s injury made the stairs difficult. Once we explained, she kindly helped upgrade both rooms to Superior category, the only rooms available on the ground floor. Her prompt, thoughtful help made a big difference to our stay.

The team made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, and the hospitality was top-notch. With its calm, refreshing surroundings, this is a perfect destination for a luxurious stay in nature and an ideal place to unwind. Highly recommended for a truly luxurious stay.
