We found the room messy when we arrived, and they cleaned it only after we complained. The bathroom didn’t have a bucket or stool, and no drinking water was provided. There also wasn’t any service staff to help bring our luggage in from the car. Poor management and disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had booked four rooms for the 29th and 30th, and the reservation had been confirmed months in advance. Then, just one day before the stay, they told me they couldn’t honor it because they had overbooked and tried to move my booking to another hotel. It seemed they took the reservation despite getting a higher price at the last minute. Their behavior was very unprofessional, and they didn’t offer any compensation.

The balcony room had a good view, but the bathroom shower fittings in my room weren’t working properly. They don’t include even one bottle of water in the room charge, so you have to pay for it separately.

The room and washroom need to be kept cleaner. I asked the service staff several times for a basic requirement, and they said food would be available. But when I arrived, they simply said the chef wasn’t available.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. It was also a very affordable stay compared with others.
