Sterling Nainital

Dinner at Tadka Restaurant was a highlight of our stay at Sterling Nainital. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and very well prepared, and our rooms were great too. Manoj Bisht sir was especially patient and courteous while serving us. His calm manner and genuine care made us feel comfortable, and the rest of the staff were also welcoming, polite, and attentive. We had a fantastic visit and would love to return. Highly recommend Sterling Nainital.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well cared for, and there was plenty to keep both children and adults occupied. The kids had a games room, adults could join in housie, and we enjoyed the evening high-tea. It felt like a relaxing place for a family stay. I especially enjoyed talking with Mr. Vishal, who knows a lot about the hotel and Nainital. He patiently shared his insights, and his warmth added a personal touch to our visit. Mr. Lakhan and Shankar also went out of their way to arrange what we needed, with prompt, genuinely welcoming service. The food was delicious and worth the money. Mr. Pradeep served it with a smile and was always ready to help make dining comfortable. Everyone we met was helpful and polite. We had a memorable stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Nainital.

Sterling worked well for us because it’s a little away from traffic, yet close to the places we wanted to visit in Nainital. There’s good parking, a spa, a children’s activity space, and good restaurant food. The restaurant team, Manoj Bhist, Abhishek Pradeep, Lalit and Manoj, helped us have great meals and even made sure my children got healthy milk. At the front desk, Monalisa, Deepak, Himanshu and Ritesh were professional and courteous. All the staff made this a really good stay, and we were able to rest well.

The Diwali celebration felt like being with our own family, and the hotel had a cozy, homely atmosphere that made it easy to feel at home. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, cooked just right and full of flavor. The staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. It was a warm, memorable stay, and I’d love to visit again.
