The food was decent, but the room had far too many insects. The AC wasn’t working properly, and the power kept going out. I didn’t get a full night’s sleep. A very poor experience.

On 17th June, a team came to our main resort and gave us absolutely useless service. The food was third-rate, and the room AC wasn’t working either. They also cut the main power for five minutes. After that, we accepted our mistake, and eventually the entire team was thrown out of the resort. The hotel staff kept pestering us and behaved badly with everyone. A police complaint was even lodged, but the police didn’t respond. Please iss. The resort has the dirtiest reviews, so don’t stay here. By God, your hotel team’s luck has come to the one who is the main one, otherwise your whole resort has turned into a Samson Ghat.

The pool was fun, including a game of pool volleyball, though it should be cleaned regularly. We checked in after the morning safari, and Harshit from the hotel staff was helpful and made our requests a priority. In early August the weather was lovely, with a little rain and clouds across the sky. The place is beautiful, luxurious, and away from city noise, and the food was like a five-star restaurant as part of the package. I usually prefer non-vegetarian food when dining out, but the vegetarian meal here changed my perspective. It was so good that we asked to meet the head chef, Bhanu Pratap, and thanked him. We had a good stay and really enjoyed it.

Third-rate hotel in India. The room AC didn’t work, and the service was third-rate.
