The peaceful setting makes it easy to relax here, and our room has been spacious, clean, comfortable, and has lovely views. The food has been really good too. Mr. Anand Singh has been especially helpful, polite, and attentive over these 2 days. The rest of the staff have also been courteous and provide great service. We're still here for 1 more day, and already enjoying our stay at The Fern Hillside Resort Bhimtal. A lovely choice for a peaceful, comfortable break.

I need to apologize for the feedback I sent earlier. I realized afterward that I had mixed up The Fern Hillside Resort, Bhimtal (Nainital) with a different hotel where I had a bad experience. That was my mistake, and I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and any trouble my earlier message caused. My stay at your resort was wonderful. I loved the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere, and the hospitality made the experience memorable. My earlier words didn't reflect how much I enjoyed being there, and I regret that. Thank you for the warmth and care your team showed and for helping guests feel comfortable. Please accept my sincere apologies again. If I get the chance, I'd be delighted to return and enjoy the resort again. I appreciate your patience, understanding, and service.

The calm, clean atmosphere made it a lovely place to share a relaxing meal with family and friends. The food at The Fern Hillside was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully presented, with every dish tasting great. I also appreciated the ingredients and hygienic preparation. The staff were polite and attentive, and service was quick throughout our visit. I'd happily come back, and recommend it to anyone after good food and hospitality. 🍽️✨

Even one star feels generous. We booked two rooms for a comfortable family stay, but the first rooms smelled bad and had hair all over the beds. The cleanliness was shockingly poor. When we asked to switch, we were told none were available. After repeated requests and arguments, two other rooms appeared, so rooms had been available all along. One replacement room was acceptable, but the AC in the other didn't work. We reported it right away and waited nearly five hours without a fix. After our long journey, my kids couldn't rest or sleep comfortably, and the evening was ruined for our family. Getting around Bhimtal was also inconvenient because the hotel is far up the hill, adding travel time whenever you want to go somewhere. The front desk attitude was the worst part, especially *Dinesh*. There was no courtesy, empathy, or ownership, and even with children travelling with us, nobody seemed to care about resolving the problems or making us comfortable. Poor cleanliness, maintenance, and service, along with an inconvenient location. This was easily one of my worst hotel experiences. If negative stars were possible, I'd have chosen them without hesitation. ⭐☆☆☆☆
