The Nature's Green Resort -Bhimtal

From the restaurant staff, we got delicious, generous meals with plenty of variety. The rooms come in several styles, including a duplex, family room, honeymoon suite, and chalet, all designed with comfort and luxury in mind. Its central location also makes it accessible to the major TAALS, Bhimtal, Sattal, Navkuchiatal, Nal Damyanti Taal. Wherever you wander around the resort, each room and corner has a lovely view of nature. Thank you 🙏👍

We came with our 19months kid, and the staff helped prepare whatever food we asked for our child. Everyone at the resort, including the service and helper staff, was kind and humble. The food was awesome, and our clean, very good rooms had all the necessary amenities. It’s a quiet place for families wanting a break from city noise. The resort is a little deeper in Bhimtal, away from the crowd and main road, but still very easy to reach. Big thank you for helping make our memories cheerful and memorable.

The balcony views over the peaceful hills and the fresh air each morning made this a memorable mountain stay. Over my three days there, the staff were warm and attentive, and the food was delicious with enough variety to keep each day different. The resort is surrounded by beautiful hills, and the rooms were spacious, spotless, and had stunning views. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility, relaxation, and world-class hospitality in nature.

We were expecting a peaceful stay at Natures Green Resort, Bhimtal, but it became one of our worst hotel experiences. We had clearly been promised certain facilities through our travel agent and the hotel, including a wheelchair for my grandmother, who cannot walk. When we arrived and asked for it, staff bluntly said they didn’t have one. We had to struggle to get her to the room, which was upsetting and very inconvenient. Tea with snacks was also included in our booking and confirmed at reservation. When we asked to have it brought to the room, staff initially refused. We showed the booking confirmation, but instead of sorting it out professionally, they were rude. A heated argument followed, and my father was disrespected. Tea was only served after that aggressive, uncomfortable confrontation, which ruined the mood and the experience. Pitambar introduced himself as the manager, but his conduct was extremely unprofessional and his attitude didn’t suit a manager. At one point, he even told us to check out. Traveling with elderly family means we expect basic facilities, respect, and professionalism. We received none of those. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, respectful stay.
