The facilities were a real highlight, with a relaxing spa, well-equipped gym, and a pool area that felt like a little paradise. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, and both the room service and housekeeping were quick and kept everything tidy. My room was spacious, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and had comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a stunning view. From arrival, the staff were attentive and welcoming, and check-in went smoothly. They even offered me a refreshing drink while I waited. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

The view from my room was stunning, and the hotel's location is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, the food was fresh and delicious, and I got first-class service from arrival to departure. Good value for money.

The rooms are bhoot gande and the hygiene throughout the place is terrible. There aren't proper facilities, and even basic help from the staff feels like too much to ask. Management is extremely slow and seems careless about guest comfort, with requests taking ages and not being properly resolved. The palm resort was not worth the money at all. I regret booking it and wouldn't recommend it.
