Club Mahindra Resort - Pristine Peaks Naldehra

The staff were just ok, and the restaurant food was good but nothing special. Still, the quiet setting away from city bustle, the hotel location, and the views from the room were great. I'd definitely suggest staying here if you love the location and scenery.

This is a relaxing place to stay, especially if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the exquisite views. We could see the Himalayan ranges from the peak, though the resort is quite far from Shimla's sights if you're planning to tour around the city. We stayed at pristine peaks for 3 days and 3 nights. The rooms were really nice, and the staff were humble and attentive. There's a wide range of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a spa, garden, happy hub, trekking, yoga, and other activities. One thing to know: the bathroom can smell bad because recycled water is used in the flush, so bring a room freshener.

Waking up to the mountain views at Naldhera Mountain View Rooms was the highlight of our trip. The place was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were polite, helpful, and available whenever we needed them. Digvijay Naturalist deserves a special mention for his great guidance and insights on our trek. We had a wonderful stay, and it's a peaceful getaway with good hospitality.

The studios we had on the third floor of Maple building had fantastic views, with both sunrise and sunset in sight. Rooms in Ceder Building are lower down the hill and have limited views. The setting is secluded and serene, away from Shimla's bustle. Parking has space for more than 50 cars, but hired vehicles aren't allowed to park or stay on the premises, a major drawback given the resort's high, isolated location. The grounds were clean, and the service staff responded promptly to issues. Airtel and V services work, and the resort wifi is very good. Food was authentic and up to the mark, with a lavish, wide range of choices.
