The reception team made a great impression from the moment I arrived. They were attentive, polite, and quick, explained the facilities clearly, and were easy to reach whenever I needed help. There are a few room maintenance issues that could be improved, but I was still comfortable during my stay. Their customer service really added to the experience.

The rooms were spotless and beautiful, and the place felt peaceful and luxurious. Staff were very polite and made us feel welcome, and the food was delicious. The service was outstanding, with elegant interiors and top-notch amenities. I was comfortable, the hotel was clean, and the location was good. A 5-star experience, worth every penny. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I'd happily come back.

Receptionist Reshmi deserves a special mention for helping us throughout our family stay. She was warm, professional, and supportive with every request, which made things more comfortable and memorable for us. The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help from the time we arrived. Check-in went smoothly thanks to a courteous, professional, and efficient receptionist. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with good attention to detail. The accommodation and service met my expectations, and I'd recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.

There's plenty of parking, though I'm not sure about the bar or the restaurant food. Rooms have decent space, but general upkeep felt poor: paint is chipped in places, and the doors creak and make noise. The rooms could use maintenance or renovation. Staff were mostly helpful, but some additional training would improve things.
