The room and washroom were both dirty. The woman calling herself the manager was rude on the phone, and nobody was around to help guests. There was only a caretaker, who had to call the owner for every answer. I booked through the OYO app for 650/-, but when I arrived they demanded 1200/- and said I could either pay extra or cancel. Even one star is too much.

Don't book an affordable room anywhere in the Delhi NCR area without visiting the hotel first. Owners may charge by the hour and ask you to cancel a prepaid booking, leaving you with lost time, money, and hassle.

This was the worst experience of my life 😭😭. They wouldn't accept my booking, even though they'd put a camera in the room under the AC. They charged more when I got there and asked me to check out early. When I asked them to remove the camera, a guy came over and said, "That camera was broken, that's why it was placed on the AC..." OYO isn't taking any notice either. The hotel is totally pathetic.

The hotel doesn't meet accommodation standards for residents or the hospitality business. Please improve the service and everything else. It doesn't follow OYO hotel standards, and charges more than the OYO standard bill.
