2/10
After we’d traveled a long way and chosen a room, the hotel suddenly raised the price from the tariff they’d quoted. Their explanations for the increase seemed baseless and false. We had planned everything ahead, but they took advantage of our limited options after the journey, causing stress, inconvenience, and mental harassment. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable. Confirm every detail in writing before booking, and be careful. I don’t think this place can be trusted.

They quote low prices to draw you in, then raise the tariff after you’ve traveled a long distance and picked a room, using excuses that make no sense. It felt like a planned scam, taking advantage of the fact that customers may be stuck by then. The experience meant wasted time, financial loss, and mental harassment. I found no honesty, ethics, or professionalism here. If you care about your money and peace of mind, book somewhere else. I strongly warn people against staying here.

Hangout is a famous rooftop bar, and the evening ambience there was the best part. The rooms were clean and decent, and we had excellent fun. Location, staff, food, and property all get 5/5 from me. Don’t forget to experience “Say hello to the queen.” It felt like an excellent home away from home.

The service was good, and they have a gaming zone and live music. Food was a little costly, and the hotel is far from Mall Road, so we had to take a bus to get there. Still, it was a good stay.
