The location is good and close to the main temple, but the property badly needs maintenance. Tiny cockroaches were all over the rooms, and the stained, unclean linen made us question our booking. We booked two rooms for Dec 27th and 28th during a visit to Thiruchengode. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The rooms weren't clean, and basic amenities were missing. Staff were slow to respond and not very helpful. For the price, the stay didn't meet expectations, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

On 17th November, we booked a room through GoIbibo for ₹877 including tax. Four days later, on 21st November, hotel staff called and claimed there had been a “software issue” and the actual room price was ₹5,000. They told us to cancel or pay the higher rate. If the listed price was wrong, they should have told us straight away. Bringing it up after four days and pressuring us to cancel was unprofessional and really annoying. Very disappointed with how they handled the booking.

The location is excellent, but the property needs proper upkeep. The washrooms were unhygienic, and it wasn't worth the money. Management should look into maintaining the place.

The ambiance and location are good, and service was good too. The complimentary breakfast was especially nice. Definitely worth trying.
