For a budget stay, this hotel is good value. It's in the town centre and has basement parking, a lift, and a vegetarian restaurant on the ground floor. There's a multipurpose hall on the first floor, with guest rooms on the second and third. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The restroom is good too, aside from a few minor plumbing issues.

The restaurant was a highlight for me: the South Indian food was flavorful, service was quick, and I especially liked the dosas and filter coffee. Staff were friendly and accommodating, though there were some delays at peak times. The property was clean throughout, from the rooms and bathrooms to the shared areas, and parking space was ample. It's conveniently located in Namakkal, near the main attractions and transport hubs. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with basic amenities including air conditioning, clean bedding, and functional bathrooms. The setup is simple and well maintained, suitable for solo or family travelers, but it doesn't have a luxurious feel. Prices are reasonable for the area. It's a comfortable option for a short trip or stopover, but not for someone seeking premium facilities or a long stay. A reliable budget choice if you want a simple room and good South Indian food.

Having A2B right downstairs made meals easy for our family of 5. We were happy with how clean everything was and with the service. Very clean and neat.

We checked out at 10.30am the next day, and the bill the receptionist, Mr.Krishnamoorthy, gave us was for 9 adults, meaning 6 adults and 3 extra beds. It was in our company name, but without the 10% discount we'd discussed when checking in. We'd arrived at 10.15pm on 27 July, told the receptionist we needed corporate billing, and he took our company details and mentioned the discount. There were 10 of us, 6 adults and 4 kids, two aged 10 and two aged 5. We'd booked 3 rooms and 2 extra beds for the two 10-year-olds. The room service person brought 3 beds; we said we needed only 2 and returned one. He said it would be billed as 3 beds, and when we asked him to deduct it from the tea bill, he agreed and took the extra bed away. The next morning, when we questioned the bill, the receptionist said it couldn't be changed once made. The room service person denied saying the cancellation was okay, saying he hadn't confirmed anything to us. A bunch of liars. You have to call room service for towels and brushes, since they leave only one of each for double occupancy. They seem to be trying to get extra money from customers, and insist you don't take the complimentary breakfast so you pay more at the hotel. Don't book here. If you have no option, check the room and settle the details before paying and checking in.
