The location was really convenient, right across from ICICI Bank near Central Park and about 200 m from the taxi stand. Our twin room was spacious and reasonably clean, and the large washroom was clean with hot water available 24/7. The Assamese helper was very sweet and helped with our luggage. We stayed two nights after booking through Agoda. Wi-Fi failed both days, which meant we couldn't use the TV, and Jio had no signal in the room. Still, we had a nice stay and I'd recommend it.

Miss Rabena was very kind, and the staff were helpful throughout. Dinner at Kava Suites in Namchi on 20th Dec 2025 was amazing, prepared by Chef Prawin and served by Sweden.

I live in NAMCHI, and I really didn't like the food at KAVA. I can't say much about the other menu items, but the hotpot was an especially bad experience. I'm very disappointed with the dishes I ordered, and would give them 0 out of 10.

The clean room was the one decent part of Hotel Kava Suites, Namchi. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean, but the so-called view was only a glimpse of Namchi Central Park. Staff in the restaurant seemed completely untrained, with no manners or sense of hospitality. My basic breakfast order, placed at 8 AM, arrived cold and uninspired at 9:10 AM. The manager was nowhere to be seen, so there was no responsible person to speak to. After that miserable service, they still asked for a tip. Stay away if you don't want to be ignored, disrespected, and served cold food over an hour late.

I don't usually write reviews, but this food pushed me to. Nothing was edible, even though they knew we'd arrived late after traveling and had no other option. The paneer was rubbery, and the egg and noodles smelled and tasted old. They charged extra for packaging and GST as if they were very professional, but the food was exceptionally bad.
