Super Collection O Zoological Park Formerly Nandankanan Resort

I was with family on a trip and stayed at Nandankanan Resort. The room was comfortable and the ambience was good, and the reception staff were polite and helpful. But the surroundings had dirty rainwater all around, which was unpleasant. Restaurant service was extremely poor. The staff seemed unprofessional and more focused on money than service. I tried to cancel a food order within 1-2 minutes, but they insisted it was already prepared, even though it wasn't served until 20 minutes later. That felt dishonest and spoiled the experience. The stay itself was decent, but the surroundings and restaurant service need serious improvement.

We booked a room for one day. It was filthy and badly maintained, just a terrible hotel room. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The food was really good, and it's a very nice place. Parking and everything else is available.

I checked into Room No. 310 around 10:30 PM, and it was filthy and full of pests. When I complained, hotel staff said someone would come clean it. The cleaner himself asked them to move us because the room was in such bad shape. They moved us to Room No 312, but that wasn't clean either. I called room service and reception; they said an executive would come, but nobody showed up. I asked to check out early in the morning, and they falsely said the service person had come during the night. When they asked him about it, he stayed silent and had no response about the room. Please see the attached videos. The AC swings are missing in all rooms, which makes them feel more unsafe and questionable. The route to the rooms is around the back and stinks from restaurant waste dumped along the way. The rooms have spider webs, the AC vents are open, and the staff aren't responsive or very professional.
