Room service was efficient and courteous, and the accommodations were clean and well kept. The staff and owners may come across to some as quite direct at first, but they’re consistently described as friendly and accommodating. The place has a quiet, peaceful feel, and guests seem very satisfied with their stay.

The bathroom couldn't be used, and the room was dirty, unhygienic, and badly maintained. There were no toiletries or clean linen, and even the lighting wasn't proper. Staff were no help and didn't respond. A complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

There wasn't any food available in the kitchen, and when we asked about it, they spoke to us rudely. The service was poor too. We won't be staying at this hotel next time.

The staff were arrogant and unwilling to cooperate, and the AC wasn't working even though they insisted it was operational. We had also been told breakfast was included, but none was provided. We let them know the day before that we'd arrive an hour early, yet they kept us waiting for more than an hour. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people close to me.

Before I booked, I had a bad experience just trying to get information about the hotel. After the booking, they stopped sharing details. Calls were handled aggressively when they did answer, and often they didn't pick up at all. I also sent the information on WhatsApp and got no reply. It felt like they didn't care about customers' needs.
