We checked into Piyush Residency on 28th May, 2026, in Room No 301. Our room faced the market and had plenty of space, plus a heater and mini refrigerator. The bathroom had its own shower area, and hot water was available all the time. The restaurant has a stunning view of the apple orchards, which made dining more enjoyable. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout, and the service was good. We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend the property.

The place was neat and clean, with modern architecture. We stopped midway from TanuJubbar lake for tea and snacks, and both the food and service were really good. Renu was especially helpful in choosing suitable snacks instead of a full dinner. A good place to stop for light refreshments along the way.

We’ve been to Narkanda four times, and this was our best stay there. The property is really good and right in town. The food has great quality and variety, and the heating in the rooms is a big plus for a winter Spiti trip.

We didn’t stay at this lovely hotel, so I can’t comment on the rooms, but we did have dinner there. Right in the centre of Narkanda bus stand, it has a spacious, well-designed restaurant. The food was wonderful, very tasty, and the portions were just right. The staff were extremely humble and courteous. Good luck.

We spent 2 nights and 3 days here on the third weekend of Jan 2026. The Super Deluxe rooms had superb views and were just WOW. We were amazed by the service too, and really satisfied with the ambience and food. Friendly, supportive staff. One of the best places to stay enroute Spiti Valley.
