There wasn't even handwash available, and there is no restaurant or food service, not even tea or coffee. I paid 1700/- just for the stay. The TV seemed to be there for show, and the beds creaked badly. The room was very dirty, with filthy sheets and pillows, and cockroaches in the bathroom. Service was very poor too.

I was traveling with my family and went to see the hotel before booking. The state of the rooms and building was so bad that it reminded me of a public garbage station, so I walked away. I'm glad I checked first. Don't pay in advance before seeing it for yourself. Fab central reservation staff don't seem to know what the hotel is actually like. It was beyond pathetic.

I was told the rooms and washrooms would be clean, but when we arrived the bedsheets were torn and the toilet was extremely dirty. A third party had made the booking and taken an advance, then asked me for proof before returning it. This was my worst experience with Fab so far. Please shut this hotel down, don't improve it. I would have given zero stars if that had been an option, so I gave one.

The AC didn't work, and there was no soap. Towels, sheets and the toilet all smelled bad, and housekeeping and cleaning were very poor. They refused online payment through OYO, so we lost the discount. Card payment wasn't accepted either, and they didn't give us an invoice. A very bad hotel. I would never recommend it to anyone.

PAnchavati is a handy location, with lalaram, gora ram mandir, sita gufa and goda arati nearby. You can attend the evening arati, which starts at 7PM, and kalaram mandir feels very peaceful at night. The room itself was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Hotel staff don't do regular cleaning for longer stays, and the AC didn't work either.
